BOOKS, BOOKS, BOOKS -- Youth are collecting gently used children’s books for two events this summer. Our Teens will take books to NYE to create a Literacy Labyrinth. Compassion Campers will also be reading buddies at the summer children’s program at TEEG on July 23. Help us share the joy of reading by leaving your donations in the specially marked “Book Bin” at church. GIFT CARD PROGRAM OFF TO A GREAT START!! We are working with United Scrip to develop an ongoing fund raiser for the church using gift cards. Instead of spending cash in stores, you would use your prepaid cards to purchase items you are already planning to buy. A percentage of the value of your card is given to the church right up front. There is NO extra cost to you beyond the value of your card. Your spending habits don’t change but the church benefits from usage of these cards. There is nothing to lose and everything for the church to gain! Please check out the display after church. Thank you to everyone who already ordered cards! BYLAW REVISIONS: As summer approaches, the Bylaws Revision Committee will begin looking at our current bylaws. Do you have a suggestion for a change?
