WE’RE ALMOST THERE! The Stewardship Team is pleased to report that pledging to date has brought the promise of $149,676 to support ministry in 2013. That figure is truly amazing, the result of your faith in action in our church. The balance needed to underpin the full budget for next year is $4324. If you have not yet made a pledge and want to be part of the prelude to our exciting new era, please contact Sam Lyman or Debbie Gray (Cheri has a wedding!) or pick up a blank pledge card in the church office. Abundant thanks to all for your generosity and devotion to the work at hand.
SUNDAY SCHOOL NEWS:
“All your children shall be taught by the LORD, and great shall be the peace of your children.” (Isaiah 54:13)
Today is an intergenerational service; the nursery is open. Next week, the children will prepare for the Christmas pageant, which will be part of the morning service on December 16. Thanks to Leslie Sweetnam and Eva Hulme for leading it. Parental assistance is welcomed!
